Who Can Attend: any & all couples
This 8-hour, Sunday afternoon workshop is designed to strengthen couples who are contemplating engagement or planning to get married, move in together or embark on a more intense level of commitment. Couples from all walks of life are welcome, including both heterosexual & homosexual couples. This is not a faith-based class, but encourages all ways in which people find meaning and fulfillment. This class covers many topics including finances, communication styles, emotional needs, expectations, goal setting, conflict resolution, family backgrounds, and stress reduction. The Prepare Enrich method is employed which includes comprehensive assessments of both the individuals and the couple.

This 8-hour, Sunday afternoon workshop is designed to strengthen couples who have been in a relationship for a while and have hit a rough spot or are "stuck." Couples from all walks of life are welcome, including both heterosexual & homosexual couples. This is not a faith-based class, but encourages all ways in which people find meaning and fulfillment. Like the class for new couples, this class covers many topics including finances, communication styles, emotional needs, expectations, goal setting, conflict resolution, family backgrounds, and stress reduction. However, this class utilizes the Prepare Enrich method to help couples strengthen & enrich their relationship & fine-tune what they are doing well.
Who Can Attend: parents & caregivers of children
This two-part Sunday workshop is designed to help parents and caretakers sharpen their parenting skills. This class covers many topics including discipline, childhood development, how to emotionally relate to your child as they grow and change, setting boundaries within your home for appropriate development & how to prepare your child each step of the way for a healthy adult life. This class utilizes the Middleway Parenting Curriculum & "The Conscious Parent: Transforming Ourselves, Empowering our Children" by Dr. Shefali Tsabary.
Time: 11 p.m. - 3 p.m. (two Sundays)

Cost: $100 (The cost doesn't include the book, but you are encouraged to read "The Conscious Parent" before attending the workshop.)
