• Diverse Cultures: Being born into a first-gen American household, with a primarily Spanish-speaking & multigenerational household, I understand the needs of our community and have lived through the societal pressures from both sides. My social justice perspective and focus on diversity inclusion also provide me a unique ability to merge my own identities with yours.

A Diverse and Integrative Background

My clinical experience spans a broad range of settings and populations, giving me a wide lens through which to view your cases:

• Settings: Non-profit, advocacy center, correctional facility, acute care, university peer education, primary/secondary/tertiary violence prevention, and private practice.

• Populations: Older teens, adults, families, and couples.

My supervision will be highly integrative, drawing from my training and exploration of models like EMDR, Trauma Model Therapy (TMT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), as well as a diverse selection of theories I utilize most often:

• Systemic & Relational: Object Relations framework, Relational-cultural Therapy, Biopsychosocial Model, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Humanistic & Post-Modern: Person-Centered Therapy, Feminist Theory, Transpersonal approach, Gestalt Therapy, Existential Approach.

• Action-Oriented: Mindfulness & Meditative practices, Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, Nonviolent Communication, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).

Clinical Supervision Fee Structure

• $85 per hour for individual clinical supervision, or $340 per month.

• $50 per hour for group clinical supervision, or $200 per month.
