Before joining Get Out of Your Head Therapy, I spent decades actively exploring the root causes of mental distress, not just treating symptoms. I created, Trauma Model Therapy (TMT). My goal is not simply symptom reduction, but psychological integration and the healing of relational wounds. I understand how trauma affects the structure of the self—a critical advantage when guiding clients toward true integration and recovery. In essence, my life's work is a testament to the belief that your pain is understandable, and with the right model, healing and integration are possible.
