As a social work student intern at Get Out of Your Head Therapy, I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, and respect for each client’s unique lived experience.

Before entering the field of Social Work, I earned my B.S. in Psychology, which provided a strong foundation in human behavior, human development, and evidence-based approaches to mental health.

I was born in South Korea and am fluent in both English and Korean. I offer therapy in Korean and value providing culturally responsive care to individuals who may feel more comfortable expressing themselves in Korean.

I recognize the courage it takes to seek support, and I am honored to navigate and grow alongside clients.

한국에서 태어나 영어와 한국어에 모두 능통하며, 한국어로의 상담을 통해 보다 편안하고 문화적으로 민감한 치료 환경을 제공하고자 합니다.
