Licensed Professional Counselor (License #91672)
I have a passion for walking alongside those who are experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, or any difficult transitions along life’s path. I also have a special interest in neurodivergent clients, helping those who may be feeling stuck moving through their days with executive function difficulties or feeling accepted as one’s true self. I come to the counseling relationship from a person-centered and psychodynamic lens, recognizing that every person is unique and has different needs. I am dedicated to creating and facilitating safe spaces where people can explore their emotions, fears, and identities, where people know they matter and belong, and where space is made for healing and growth. Before moving into counseling, I previously worked in human resources, supporting employee relations, as well as training and development. I also led and organized many volunteer projects while raising my three children.
